Preparation Method

  1. Clean & Prep: Wash your hands thoroughly and ensure your cooking space is clean. Preheat your oven to 425°F for the perfect crispy crust.
  2. Cook the Ground Turkey: In a pan, add ground turkey with a light drizzle of pumpkin seed oil. Season generously with dill, garlic powder, basil, Hungarian paprika, Black pepper, and a pinch of Maldon sea salt flakes. Cook until just browned and tender, stirring frequently to prevent overcooking. Remove from heat.
  3. Prepare the Pizza Base: Lightly oil a non-stick pizza pan or cookie sheet. For extra flavor, dust the pan with garlic powder—this will roast onto the crust, adding a restaurant-quality touch.

Season the Alfredo Sauce

Flavor your Alfredo sauce with garlic powder, basil, and a pinch of Maldon sea salt to your liking.

Assemble the Pizza

  1. Place the pizza crust on the tray. Lightly dust the crust with garlic powder.
  2. Spread a generous layer of seasoned Alfredo sauce over the crust.
  3. Add fresh spinach and sliced mushrooms evenly across the pizza.
  4. Sprinkle a small amount of mozzarella and Parmesan to create a sticky base for the turkey.
  5. Evenly distribute the cooked ground turkey.
  6. Top with more mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Bake to Perfection

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on your preferred level of doneness. For a golden, bubbling cheese crust, leave it closer to 15 minutes. For a lighter cook, remove earlier.

Serve with a Side Salad

Pair your pizza with a simple spinach salad made with onions, mushrooms, cheese, and your favorite dressing.

Bon Appétit!
